Image
Bamboo Plants are one of the easiest house plants to take care of. Given this, don't be too overconfident. 😆 Things to know about the bamboo plant These plants are actually called lucky bamboo plants  and are  NOT REAL bamboo plants. They will NOT grow a foot in a week and will NOT grow through your roof! 😜 The plant will grow only a few inches a year , depending on how well you take care of them. Things to know about  sunlight for bamboo plant These bamboo plants DO NOT and WILL NOT survive in  DIRECT sunlight.  You should NOT place the plants anywhere where it will get direct sunlight. If it gets direct sun, the plant will dry up. Instead, the best places to keep them are in bright rooms and  away from windows. Somewhere where  sunlight enters the room but does not touch the plant directly, like a bathroom.  Be wary of ceiling windows, blinds, and sunlight changing directions throughout the day.  Imagine the plants living at the bottom lay

Why Bamblue?

Bamblue is built on raising awareness to a rising, unfamiliar problem- microfibers .  Woahh big science word! Yes, you're about to learn something new. 😁 Microfibers are itty bitty fibers that exist in man-made materials such as fleece, wool, and other manufactured materials. These synthetic fibers are washed out in washing machines and pollute the water. This also means that natural materials, like bamboo fibers and cotton, do not have microfibers. So is washing your North Face fleece jacket harmful to the environment? Yes because these microfibers get washed out of your washing machine, get drained into a stream, then into the ocean, and eventually end up choking fish and other aquatic life. Ouch! 😑  And why does it matter if we harm a few fish here and there? Welllllll because we are caring human beings... but also because the seafood that we eat are contaminated with microfibers and are harmful to our body systems as well! Just imagine, 2 million  microfibers are washed
